You probably already know that the addressees in the "Blind Copy" field cannot be seen by the "regular" recipients (that is, the recipients in the "To" and "Copy" fields) of a received email.
But what if you want to send a mail to, for example, several customers and each of these recipients should appear as the "main recipient" (i.e. in the "To" field), yet none of the recipients may see who else has received the mail? How do you do that?
The solution lies in using groups in the personal address book together with the "Blind Copy" field:
In your personal address book, create a group containing all intended recipients. In the email, enter this group name in the "Blind Copy" field – not in the "To" field.
Each recipient of this email will see their own mail address in the "To" field – the additional recipients are not visible.
