Kopieren aller Dokumente und Ordner in eine neue Mail-DB

In Fällen, in denen der FIXUP Task nicht hilft oder das letzte greifbare Backup ebenfalls schon einen bestimmten Defekt einer Maildatenbank aufweist, bietet sich der Transfer aller bestehenden Dokumente in eine neu erstellte, leere Maildatenbank an.

Ein manuelles Kopieren der Dokumente ist aufgrund der hohen Anzahl der Dokumente und/oder Ordner in der Praxis oft nicht durchführbar. Abhilfe schafft die folgende LotusScript Routine.

Folgende Informationen inkl. der LotusScript Routine sind dem Artikel „How to Copy All Documents and Folders from One Mail Database to Another Using LotusScript“ der Lotus Software Knowledge Base (Dokument Nr. 1110903) entnommen.


Included below is a sample agent that will copy all documents from one mail/archive database to another. It goes through each folder in the source database and copies the folder and all of the documents in it to the destination database. Whatever has not already been copied after all of the folders have been cycled through is then copied at the end of the script. Note: The code does not copy the following folders: Trash, Alarms, Rules and Group Calendar.

This script builds its collection of all documents using the selection formula for the all documents view
