* Die genannten Preise verstehen sich zzgl. der gesetzlichen USt. i.H.v. 19% für Kunden-Standorte bis zu einer Entfernung von 100 km ab Stuttgart. Bei weiteren Entfernungen fallen zusätzlich Fahrt- und Hotelkosten nach Absprache an.

Lotus Domino 8.5 Interim Fix 2 (85IF2)

Problem 1:
A regression in Lotus Domino 8.5 with user rename and user delete fails to update group membership, except in the case where the renamed or deleted user is also listed in the LocalAdmin field for the group. This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR#JPAI7MFS69. A fix is available for this issue.

Problem 2:
In Lotus Domino 8.5, you will see the IMAP task crash your Domino Server in certain instances. This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR #JCHS7NNM56. A fix is available for this issue.

These fixes are included in 85IF2 which includes SPR#JPAI7MFS69 and SPR #JCHS7NNM56.

Domino Attachment and Object Service Estimator Tool version 1.2

The Lotus Domino Attachment and Object Service (DAOS) was introduced in Domino 8.5 to help minimize redundant file attachments by utilizing a separate repository on the Lotus Domino server for attachments.

The DAOS Estimator (daosest) is a tool for planning the roll-out of DAOS on the Domino 8.5 server. The tool iterates through all the requested databases, scanning for documents with attachments. It keeps a list of all the attachments so it can estimate savings based on duplicate attachments found both within a database and across all databases.

Version 1.2 of the DAOS Estimator Tool was released on February 19, 2009 and contains the following fixes:
  • Fixed daosest to work on older UNIX versions
  • Performance enhancements
  • Fixed incorrect values in summary section
